When you think of anti-aging treatments, you think of your face, but do you think about your teeth? Dr. Jordan Soll thinks too many people don't consider it a priority. "I think people are aware of wanting good looking teeth, but they focus on other areas first. I've had patients who worked on making their teeth look their best and decided against other treatments when they saw the difference."

Dr. Soll, a Toronto-based dentist, offers a full-service cosmetic dentistry boutique of professionals all dedicated to helping you make your teeth the best they can be. A staff of two full time assistants, three hygienists, four business staff and a gum specialist work with Dr. Soll, who has made cosmetic dentistry his specialty. "I enjoy the challenge of working with someone and seeing them being able to transform, from whitening to changing their smile and rejuvenating themselves."

With 20 years of experience, Dr. Soll is advising patients from 25-90 on how to improve their smiles and happily decorates his office with patient's photographs. According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry that people between the ages of 31-40 most frequently inquire about cosmetic dentistry (37.8%), followed by 41-50 year olds (32.4%). With people's obsession growing, how white is too white? "I advise my patients to be patient and realistic. A smile should be appropriate for them, so it looks natural," explains Dr. Soll.

So if you want to change your smile, what should you expect? "I ask patients to meet with me to discuss what their goal is. Then I do a full exam to see the status of the patient's teeth so I can plan for the process," explains Dr. Soll. As a result of past experiences, Dr. Soll has developed a Strategic Esthetic Planning Guide, a questionnaire that Dr. Soll has provided to any dentist, and to all patients, to examine a patient's concerns as well as evaluation of the face, lips, and teeth.

But if you want something quicker than a plan to do bonding, crowns, implants or veneers, whitening is a good first step. Dr. Soll's office offers the Zoom Whitening System, which enables patients to improve whiteness dramatically in a short period of time. "A simple treatment that takes one in-office treatment and follow up treatments at home, Zoom offers someone the ability to make a noticeable change in seven to 10 days. Zoom offers people the ability to make a change for a special event, like a wedding or a holiday," says Dr. Soll, "It's created for the Blackberry generation."
