What You Need To Know
1) To stay enrolled in this exciting program, you must maintain your dental hygiene visits with Dr. Soll (a minimum of 1 visit every 6 months). This is required to keep your teeth their very brightest. No exceptions please.
2) Lost or remade trays will available at a cost of $25
3) Individuals wishing to re-Zoom their teeth will be able to do so at reduced fee.
